On what would’ve been his 18th birthday, Tre-Shaud Littell’s family gathered for a balloon release to remember the Penn Yan teen killed in a Geneva hit-and-run, according to WROC.
Littell, who had dreams of working in real estate, was saving for online courses while working at Dunkin’. The driver who hit him last month hasn’t been found.
His family is still asking anyone with information to contact 911 as the investigation continues.
