A traffic complaint about a speeding driver in Seneca Falls led to a drug-related driving charge.
Police say 54-year-old Dawn Beta was arrested on Nov. 22 after officers determined she was driving while impaired by drugs.
According to the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department, Beta’s vehicle was seen going well above the speed limit. Officers later found the car and conducted an investigation.
Beta was charged with Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 3rd degree, and Speed in Zone.
She was released with an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to Seneca Falls Town Court at a later date.
