BelGioioso Cheese will invest over $23 million to expand and upgrade its Polly-O plant in Campbell, creating up to 30 new jobs, according to the Elmira Star-Gazette.
The project, supported by state tax credits and local assistance, will modernize the longtime Steuben County facility and increase demand for New York dairy—adding 100 million pounds of milk annually. Upgrades are already underway and expected to finish by late 2027.
Gov. Kathy Hochul praised the move as a boost for farmers and the state’s largest agricultural sector.
