A man is facing charges after deputies say he stole clothes from a Dollar General store in Lyons.
Roderick L. Lampley, 50, was arrested on November 4 after an investigation into a reported larceny that happened three days earlier.
Deputies say Lampley took several clothing items from the store on November 1 and walked out without paying. He allegedly passed all checkout points before exiting.
Lampley was charged with petit larceny and released with an appearance ticket. He’s scheduled to answer the charge in Lyons Town Court at a later date.
