The listing marks a change in direction for the long-vacant site. No buyers or tenants have been named, and its future remains uncertain.
The property’s prior owner, Bombardier Transportation, closed the facility years ago. Its sale earlier this year was seen as a potential turning point for reuse or redevelopment.
