A woman was hit by a car while stepping out of a vehicle Monday night in Webster, according to WHAM. It happened around 8:15 p.m. on Klem Road near Holt Road, where she was struck by an eastbound driver.
The 56-year-old was rushed to Strong Memorial Hospital and is in critical condition, police said. Witnesses helped her until emergency crews arrived.
No charges are expected, and no one else was hurt, according to Webster police.
