A 61-year-old woman was killed Monday morning after she was hit by two vehicles while riding her bike on Hecker Road in Waterloo.
State police said the crash happened around 7:25 a.m. as the bicyclist was heading eastbound and was struck by two vehicles traveling in the same direction. She died at the scene.
The drivers involved were identified as Jennifer Fish, 49, of Geneva, and Leslie Quesnel, 44, of Waterloo. Fish was driving a 2017 Toyota Camry and Quesnel a 2017 Dodge Durango. Both drivers stayed on scene and cooperated with investigators. Troopers say there were no signs of impairment.
The investigation is ongoing.
