Two winners to split $1.8B Powerball jackpot

Powerball players in Missouri and Texas beat 1-in-292 million odds to win a record $1.8 billion jackpot, according to the Associated Press.

The prize marks the second-largest lottery win in U.S. history after 41 straight drawings without a winner. The cash option for Saturday’s draw is about $826.4 million.

Each winner matched all six numbers: 11, 23, 44, 61, 62, and Powerball 17.
