State Police are looking for 37-year-old Jered Proctor, who vanished after leaving his Seneca home on Wednesday, according to WHAM.
He may be driving a white 2011 Chevy Aveo with New York plate LRH9694 and could be in the Rochester area. Proctor is 5’11”, 170 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.
