Police responded to a crash involving three vehicles Wednesday afternoon at a busy Seneca Falls intersection.
The accident happened around 3:40 p.m. at the intersection of State Route 414 and Routes 5 & 20. According to the Seneca Falls Police Department, an eastbound vehicle was attempting to turn north onto Route 414 when it collided with an oncoming vehicle. A third vehicle was also struck in the chain reaction.
All three vehicles sustained significant damage, but fortunately, no drivers or passengers were injured. The road was briefly closed while first responders cleared the scene.
The Seneca Falls Fire Department and North Seneca Ambulance assisted police at the scene. The roadway was reopened shortly after.
