A Bath woman is facing charges after allegedly injuring someone during a domestic dispute on Buell Street.
According to the Village of Bath Police Department, officers responded to the residence around 9:20 p.m. on August 28 for a reported physical domestic. During a verbal argument, the suspect allegedly threw a tool at the victim, causing injury to the victim’s face.
Police arrested 35-year-old Brooke L. Karns and charged her with one count of Assault in the 3rd Degree, a Class A misdemeanor.
She was processed and transported to the Steuben County Jail for CAP arraignment, where she was later released.
