A Pennsylvania woman was arrested in Waterloo on a fugitive from justice warrant. The arrest took place around 5:41 PM on August 5.
Waterloo Police arrested Desirae L. Clark, 21, of Monroeton, PA. The arrest stemmed from a traffic stop.
The warrant was related to access device fraud charges out of Pennsylvania.
Clark was taken to the Seneca County Correctional Facility. She will await extradition by the Pennsylvania State Police.
