Seneca Falls man charged with aggravated DWI

A local man is facing two DWI charges after police say he was caught driving with a blood alcohol content more than twice the legal limit.

Seneca Falls Police arrested 42-year-old Jeremy S. Richards on August 11.

Richards was charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated DWI for having a BAC of 0.18% or more.

He was released on an appearance ticket and is set to answer the charges in Seneca Falls Town Court at a later date.
