Police arrested a man in Seneca Falls after a traffic stop on Aug. 9.
Officers said Paul F. Carissimi, 66, was charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated DWI with a blood alcohol content of 0.18% or higher.
He was released on an appearance ticket and is due in Seneca Falls Town Court at a later date.
Police did not share details about the circumstances of the stop.
