Capriotti Properties of Elmira purchased Montour House, The Flats on Broadway in Montour Falls, and Watkins Glen’s Water Works Center.
The seller, Nelson Development Group of Vestal, bought the sites in 2008 and restored them from vacant shells into thriving residential and commercial spaces.
