Deputies arrested a man early Tuesday in connection with a narcotics case at a home in Yates County.
Brandon L. Miller, 25, of Penn Yan, was taken into custody at 6:08 a.m. on Eastman Avenue, according to the Yates County Sheriff’s Office. He faces two class B felony charges: third-degree criminal sale and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Authorities said Miller was transported to the Yates County Jail to await arraignment in CAP Court. No other individuals or agencies were listed as involved in the operation.
Personnel on scene included Lt. Cunningham, Investigator Breuer, Investigator Rayburn, Investigator Emerson, Sergeant Rider, Deputy McGuigan, Deputy Newell, and Deputy Fultz. The arrest was reported by Investigator Emerson and released to the public by Sergeant Chisom later that morning.
