Community Bank has named Alexis Hobart as its new vice president and regional retail banking manager, overseeing operations across 27 branches in the Rochester region.
Hobart, who brings more than 30 years of banking experience—including three decades with Community Bank—will lead service delivery and branch team development in her expanded leadership role.
“Alexis is a passionate, results-driven leader with a strong track record of supporting both her customers and her teams,” said Melissa Bollman, senior vice president and head of retail banking. “Her experience, commitment and community-first mindset make her an ideal fit for this important role.”
Hobart has held multiple positions at the bank, including teller, branch manager, and most recently, district manager. Outside of work, she volunteers with organizations such as the Village of Waterloo Economic Development Committee, Kiwanis Club of Waterloo-Seneca Falls, and the Seneca County Chamber of Commerce.
She holds an associate degree in travel and tourism from Herkimer County Community College and lives in Waterloo with her husband, Brian.
