Deputies arrested a 41-year-old Victor man Wednesday afternoon on a warrant for violating probation, according to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.
Robert F. Rouser was taken into custody at 12:19 p.m. on July 30 by the department’s Warrant Unit. The arrest stems from an active warrant issued by the Victor Town Court.
Rouser, who resides at 809 Great Brook Apartments, was transported to the Ontario County Jail and is being held for CAP Court proceedings. He is scheduled to return to Victor Town Court to answer the charge.
The case was investigated by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.
