Downtown Geneva serves garlic-infused dishes ahead of festival

Downtown Geneva restaurants are rolling out garlic-inspired menus in anticipation of the Glorious Garlic Festival, according to the Finger Lakes Times.

Garlic Week kicked off July 25 and runs through the upcoming festival on August 2–3 at Lakefront Park. Participating eateries are embracing the region’s agricultural roots with dishes like garlic shrimp mofongo, garlicky artichoke French, and Cajun garlic chicken sandwiches.

The event highlights Geneva’s culinary creativity and its connection to the Finger Lakes’ farmland, drawing food lovers to enjoy bold, locally sourced flavors leading up to the weekend celebration.
