Two Seneca Falls residents were arrested Friday after police executed a search warrant at an apartment suspected of being used to distribute cocaine.

Pravo R. Atherly, 47, and Gina M. Atherly, 58, were taken into custody following a joint investigation by the Seneca Falls Criminal Investigation Division and the Seneca County Sheriff’s Department. The warrant was served at 71 West Bayard Street on July 25.

Pravo Atherly was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, a Class B felony. He also faces two misdemeanors: Seventh-Degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance and Second-Degree Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia.

Gina Atherly was charged with Seventh-Degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance and two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, all misdemeanors.

Both were processed at the Seneca Falls Police Department and transported to Seneca County CAP Court for arraignment.
