A Seneca Falls man was arrested Wednesday afternoon following a reported theft in town.
Shane A. Yack, 53, was taken into custody by the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department on July 23 at 3:19 p.m. He was charged with one count of petit larceny, a misdemeanor.
Yack was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court at a later date.
