A Brockport man was arrested Saturday night after Ontario County Deputies say he drove while intoxicated and made an unsafe lane change.
Deputies charged 47-year-old Kevin P. Drennen following a traffic stop on July 19 around 10:39 PM near the intersection of State Route 332 and Yerkes Road. According to investigators, deputies observed Drennen’s vehicle move from the lane unsafely, prompting the roadside stop.
A field investigation led deputies to determine that Drennen had operated the vehicle while intoxicated. He was arrested and transported to the Ontario County Jail for processing.
Drennen was issued traffic tickets for driving while intoxicated and moving from the lane unsafely. He is scheduled to appear in Canandaigua Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.
