A 70-year-old Canandaigua resident has been arrested following a joint investigation into narcotic sales in Ontario County.
David L. Bellis was arrested on July 15 and charged with one count of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree. Authorities allege Bellis sold narcotic drugs to another person on multiple occasions during the month of July.
The investigation was conducted by the City of Canandaigua Police Department in collaboration with the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.
Bellis was processed without incident and transported to CAP arraignment. Police said additional charges are pending.
