A Seneca Falls man was arrested Saturday afternoon on multiple charges stemming from a domestic incident reported earlier, according to the Seneca Falls Police Department.
Officers took John L. Battaglia, 35, into custody at 3:05 p.m. on July 12. He faces five charges: unlawful imprisonment in the second degree, criminal mischief in the fourth degree, assault in the third degree, petit larceny, and harassment in the second degree.
Police said the arrest followed an investigation into a domestic dispute. Battaglia was processed at the Seneca Falls Police Department and then transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility, where he is being held pending arraignment.
