Farmington man arrested on treatment court bench warrant

Ontario County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested a Farmington man Monday afternoon on a bench warrant issued by Canandaigua City Court for failing to comply with treatment court mandates.

David Louis Robinson, 49, was taken into custody without incident at his residence on Loomis Road at 4:11 p.m. on June 30, according to a press release from the Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies transported Robinson to the Ontario County Jail, where he was held pending arraignment in Ontario County Court. The warrant was issued after Robinson failed to follow court-ordered treatment requirements.

The arrest was conducted by Deputy Boadway with assistance from Deputy Outhouse.
