A Seneca Falls woman was arrested Monday morning on a felony charge related to filing a false document, according to the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies took Precious Pamphile, 40, into custody around 6:30 a.m. on June 23 after executing an arrest warrant in the Town of Seneca Falls. She faces a charge of offering a false instrument for filing in the first degree, a class E felony.
Pamphile was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility without incident. She is being held while awaiting arraignment in CAP Court.
