A Waterloo man was arrested Friday after deputies say he repeatedly followed a victim to their workplace in the Town of Phelps.
Gary Goodman, 59, of Norris Drive, was taken into custody by Ontario County deputies on June 21 and charged with Stalking in the Fourth Degree.
The arrest followed an investigation prompted by a complaint that Goodman had been seen on multiple occasions at the victim’s place of employment. Deputies arrested him at 3:00 p.m. at 1553 State Route 488.
Goodman was transported to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment and was later released on his own recognizance. A full stay-away order of protection was issued on behalf of the victim.
