A months-long investigation in Victor has resulted in felony charges for a local man. New York State Police arrested 57-year-old Tracy Przepiora after receiving a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
Officers executed a search warrant on June 12, recovering devices from his Boughton Hill Road residence. Investigators say illicit images and video, taken between March and June, were discovered on one of the devices.
Przepiora remains in custody with bail set at $2,500. Authorities say additional federal charges are possible as the case continues.
