A Seneca Falls teenager was arrested after allegedly fighting a victim and attacking a police officer during a confrontation in Waterloo.
Justin J. Bleau Jr., 18, was taken into custody around 3:04 p.m. on April 29. He faces charges of second-degree harassment, resisting arrest, and attempted assault on a police officer, according to the Waterloo Police Department.
Police said Bleau got into a physical altercation with a victim and then resisted arrest. During the struggle, he allegedly tried to bite an officer and struck the officer multiple times in the head.
Bleau was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Waterloo Town Court at a later date. Officers from Seneca Falls Police, the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office, New York State Park Police, and New York State Police assisted at the scene.
