A Sodus woman was arrested Monday evening following a domestic dispute in the Town of Waterloo that involved physical contact and occurred in the presence of a child.
According to Seneca County Sheriff Timothy Thompson, deputies arrested 26-year-old Cassie L. Incarnato on May 26 at 6:10 p.m. She is charged with harassment in the second degree and endangering the welfare of a child.
Deputies allege that Incarnato engaged in verbal and physical aggression toward a victim in the driveway of a residence, striking the victim several times through the window of a vehicle. Her child, who is under the age of 17, was present during the altercation.
Incarnato was arraigned in Seneca County Centralized Arraignment Court and is scheduled to appear in Waterloo Town Court at a later date.
