A Dansville man has been arrested and charged with rape and child endangerment following a reported assault involving a minor in Steuben County.
Tylor E. Cicero, 29, was taken into custody on May 23 after investigators from the Steuben County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of rape in the Town of Dansville.
According to Sheriff Jim Allard, Cicero allegedly provided cannabis to individuals under the age of 18 and then forcibly raped one of them. He has been charged with Rape in the First Degree, a class B felony, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
Cicero was arraigned in Centralized Arraignment Court and is being held without bail.
Sheriff Allard expressed thanks to the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office and the Dansville Police Department for their assistance in the case.
