The Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office arrested a 37-year-old Owasco man following an incident involving public lewdness.
Timothy Church was arrested for resisting arrest, trespassing, and public lewdness after being accused of running around a neighborhood in Owasco with no clothes on.
Following an investigation on-scene he was identified, failed to comply with officers’ requests, and was eventually taken into custody. Further investigation revealed that Church displayed intimate parts of his body to three kids under 16.
He was also accused of entering a residence in the area without the owner’s permission. An order of protection was requested on behalf of the victims, and Church will answer the charges at a later date.
