St. Peter’s Community Arts Academy will host a night of song, supper, and support with its Spring Sing and Pulled Pork BBQ Picnic on Friday, June 6, at St. Peter’s Church and Parish Hall at 149 Genesee Street.
The evening begins with a picnic dinner from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. featuring pulled pork, macaroni salad, coleslaw, lemonade, and dessert for $17. A kid’s meal of a hot dog, sides, and dessert will be available for $10. Guests are encouraged to purchase tickets in advance by June 1.
The festivities continue with the Spring Sing Concert at 7:30 p.m. inside the church sanctuary. The concert is free and will showcase four of the academy’s choirs performing a spirited lineup of choral works.
All proceeds from the dinner benefit the academy’s Tour Choir, helping young vocalists continue their musical education and represent Geneva in regional performances.
In addition, the academy is gearing up for its “Huge, Massive, GIGANTIC Lawn Sale” on Saturday, June 14, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., also at 149 Genesee Street. Donations of gently used items—excluding books and clothing—are being accepted through June 12 to support the choir program.
