A Palmyra woman was arrested Tuesday after deputies found her unresponsive behind the wheel and later determined she had been driving while intoxicated, according to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies arrested 60-year-old Katherine L. Fagnor of Fayette Street in the Village of Palmyra on charges of Driving While Intoxicated and Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated.
The incident occurred in the Town of Arcadia. Deputies conducted a breath test that showed Fagnor had a blood alcohol concentration of 0.18—more than twice the legal limit.
She was processed at the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office and released with traffic tickets. Fagnor is scheduled to answer the charges at a later date.
