A Penn Yan man was arrested earlier this month after allegedly breaking a shed window during a disturbance in the village, according to the Penn Yan Police Department.
Christopher A. Drake, 37, was taken into custody around 6:50 p.m. on May 7. Police say Drake intentionally damaged the window and was charged with Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree.
Drake was released with an appearance ticket and is scheduled to answer the charge in Penn Yan Village Court at a later date.
