Geneva officials will hear public feedback Wednesday on a proposed $38.2 million, five-story housing project set for the Finger Lakes Times property.
The plan includes 74 units—half supportive housing and half income-restricted apartments—as well as offices. If approved, the Times building will be demolished and the paper will relocate. Lakeview Health Services would pay $1.1 million for the site, pending permits and funding.
Lakeview is also seeking a 30-year tax break, double the usual term, and aims to begin construction in 2026. A separate public hearing on those financial terms is expected in June.
