A Rochester woman was taken into custody Saturday afternoon on an outstanding warrant for grand larceny following coordination between two county sheriff’s offices.
Deputies from the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office took custody of Laquanda Shanise Harrington, 36, at 2:15 p.m. from Onondaga County authorities at a location on Towpath Road in Weedsport.
Harrington was wanted on an active arrest warrant issued by the Town of Canandaigua Court for grand larceny in the fourth degree. Following the transfer, she was transported to the Ontario County Jail pending arraignment.
