A 17-year-old was arrested in Waterloo after police say he followed two people, threatened to kill them, and made a gesture as if to shoot.
The Waterloo Police Department reported the arrest occurred around 9:30 p.m. on April 24. The suspect’s name is being withheld due to age.
The charges stem from an incident the night before, when the juvenile allegedly harassed and menaced two victims. He was charged with harassment in the first degree and menacing in the third degree. Authorities issued an appearance ticket, and the juvenile is scheduled to report to the Seneca County Probation Department at a later date.
