  • Staff Report

A Waterloo man was arrested this week on a Family Court warrant after failing to comply with a court-ordered paternity test, according to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies said Pablo Luis Soto-Burgos, 51, was taken into custody without incident on May 6 around 11:51 a.m. after he was located at the Ontario County Department of Social Services building in Hopewell.

The warrant was issued after Soto-Burgos failed to submit to a mandated paternity test.

Following his arrest, Soto-Burgos was transported to the Ontario County Jail, where he was held pending arraignment in Ontario County Family Court.
