A Palmyra man has been charged following an investigation into an incident that occurred in 2023.
According to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office, Eric J. Booth, 42, was arrested on May 5, 2025, and charged with forcible touching. The charge stems from an allegation that Booth touched the buttocks of a known victim without consent between January and June of 2023.
Booth was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Manchester Town Court at a later date to answer the charge.
The case was investigated by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.
