Deputies initially responded to the hospital at 2 Coulter Road for an assist-the-citizen complaint. After speaking with deputies, Bartosh re-entered the building and caused the damage, officials said.

Bartosh was arrested on the scene and transported to CAP court at the Ontario County Jail. Authorities said he was later released and is scheduled to appear at Manchester Town Court to answer for the charges.
