The Seneca Falls Police Department arrested a Tyre woman on April 30 after she failed to appear in court, officials said.
Tifini R. Mills, 48, was charged with one count of failure to appear under CPL 130.50. Authorities were notified that Mills was already in custody at the Seneca County Jail when the bench warrant was served.
Police said the warrant stemmed from Mills’ failure to attend a previously scheduled court date. She is currently awaiting arraignment on the charge.
