Deputies arrested three men Wednesday afternoon after responding to an active theft at Macy’s inside Eastview Mall in Victor.
Fernon Beardsley-Ramos, 23, Argenis Hernandez Martinez, 28, and Jadiel Obe Escalera, 25, all from Rochester, were charged with petit larceny and third-degree burglary.
Investigators said all three exited the store without paying for merchandise, passing all points of sale. Martinez was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Victor Town Court at a later date. Ramos and Escalera were taken to Ontario County Jail for Centralized Arraignment Part (CAP).
Authorities also banned all three from Eastview Mall property.
