The Schuyler County Public Health Department is teaming up with the American Red Cross to host a community blood drive on May 13, according to a department release. The event will run from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Schuyler County Human Services Complex in Montour Falls.
The drive aims to bolster the region’s critical blood supply, and eligible donors are encouraged to participate. As an added incentive, those who donate between May 1 and May 18 will receive a $20 e-gift card.
Appointments are strongly recommended and can be scheduled online, by phone, or through the Red Cross Blood Donor app.
