A Newark man was taken into custody Tuesday afternoon after deputies discovered he had an outstanding bench warrant.
Devon J. Ferrell-Deutenberg, 21, was arrested during a disturbance in the Village of Newark.
Authorities say the warrant stemmed from a failure to appear in court for charges related to a domestic incident in Williamson in September 2022.
Ferrell-Deutenberg was held at the Wayne County Jail pending arraignment in CAP Court later that evening​.
