Emergency crews rushed to Ridge Road and VanLiew Road in Cayuga County after a serious collision involving a car and a tractor-trailer.
The crash prompted a large-scale response from Fleming, Union Springs, Aurelius, and Owasco Rescue teams, as well as Auburn City Ambulance.
Authorities quickly began operations on the scene, coordinating extrication efforts and requesting a medevac.
According to Cayuga/Seneca Fire Wire, LifeNet was requested to the scene to transport at least one person.
