A woman was arrested Tuesday night in Waterloo after police say a routine traffic stop turned into a felony drunk driving case.
Rhonda A. Lobner, 53, of Seneca Falls, was taken into custody around 10:25 p.m. on April 23 following allegations that she was operating a vehicle while intoxicated. According to the Waterloo Police Department, Lobner had a prior conviction for driving while intoxicated, which elevated the current charge to a felony.
In addition to the felony DWI, authorities issued Uniform Traffic Tickets (UTTs) for operating an uninspected motor vehicle. Lobner was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility for arraignment.
