  • Staff Report

A Skaneateles Falls woman was arrested for aggravated DWI after crashing her pickup truck on State Route 31 in the town of Elbridge.

New York State Police responded to the single-vehicle crash at approximately 8:37 p.m. on April 19. When troopers arrived, they found a black Dodge pickup truck overturned on its roof.

The driver, identified as 29-year-old Ginger D. Gilday, admitted she did not have a valid driver’s license and showed signs of alcohol impairment, according to police. Following an on-scene investigation, Gilday was taken into custody.

She was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the first degree—both Class E felonies. Gilday was processed at SP Elbridge and released on appearance tickets. She is scheduled to appear in Elbridge Town Court at a later date.
