Deputies arrested a man Monday evening after he was caught urinating on a sidewalk in the Village of Phelps.
Roger J Perrin Jr, 61, of Wells Curtice Road in Canandaigua, was charged with public lewdness following a complaint about indecent behavior near a local business on Main Street.
According to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded around 6:00 p.m. on April 21 to a report of a person relieving himself in public view. Investigators determined Perrin urinated directly on the sidewalk in front of a business.
Authorities issued Perrin an appearance ticket for Phelps Town Court. The court date has not been publicly disclosed.
