A Rochester-based staffing firm has earned top honors from the Monroe County Industrial Development Corporation for its role in strengthening the local workforce.
TES Staffing was named Small Business of the Year on Thursday by the Monroe County Small Business Association, a recognition that underscores the company’s ongoing commitment to connecting job seekers with meaningful employment across the region.
Founded on Park Avenue in Rochester, TES Staffing has long built partnerships with schools, government agencies, and private employers to place thousands of workers in positions that support Monroe County’s economic growth.
